With a dedicated team of around 75 employees, we develop and manufacture custom thermocouples, resistance and step thermometers, as well as special solutions across more than 1,700 m² for customers on six continents and all the world’s oceans.
Your tasks :
- Support and advise our customers by phone and email
- Process customer inquiries and prepare quotations
- Accept and process orders
- Prepare foreign trade and shipping documents
- Maintain customer and product data
- Support the field sales team in acquiring new customers
- Visit customers for assigned key accounts
What you bring :
- Completed commercial training
- Professional experience in international inside sales
- Business fluent German and English
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
- Technical understanding
- Confident, assertive manner
